Technological part
Line for the production of unsaturated polyester 15.000 t/year - Reactor 1x25m3, vats 2x40m3.
Line for the production of alkyd and their water dispersions 15.000 t/year - reactor 1x25m3, vats 2x40m3, 1x50m3.
Fully automated production system.
Heating by heat transferring medium 300 ºC, 1.500 kW
Thermal destruction - off gases.
Stationary fire extinguishing equipment, fire fighting system, gas detection, laboratory.
Storage AKF, AKM 2x100m3.
Connect production at existing storage reservoirs of raw materials and products, energy, water and wastewater treatment, plant transport infrastructure.
Construction part
Supporting structure consists of reinforced concrete frame 6x6m, in the fields of technological equipment are designed ceilings by frame structures of rolled steel beams.
Fire separation of social block (operating rooms, social facilities, production control) and storage of raw materials.
For general contractor VIAMONT a.s. ensure documentation of change in the building before its completion, detail design, documentation of requisition, general designer's activities, author's supervision, testing documentation and operational rules.
