Technological part
Production line with mechanical presses GRABENER, EITEL (1x 600 t, 4x 400 t, 1x 260 t). Line with hydraulic presses (5x 630 t, 1x reserve 630 t).
Transfer presses MANZONI (3x 800 t, 1x reserve 1200 t).
Crane 4x 20 t, line truck with turntable 20 t, preparation, fork lift truck handling system, make-ready for scrap conveying by conveyer in scrap canals.
Switching station (high voltage), transformers 2x 1000 kVA, high and low voltage switch room, compressor house (3x ATLAS COPCO 1360Nm3/h, 1x reserve), cooling system 45 m3/h.
Civil part
Prefabricated reinforced concrete hall with pile foundation system, with dimensions of 49,1 x 65,6 m, 15 m height.
Four-bay hall with crane runways. Peripheral walls from POROTHERM masonry, KARSIKON bottom, roof from reinforced concrete floor slabs.
Power centre - two-floor building made from POROTHERM masonry, with dimensions of 22 x 10,4 m, 12,35 m height, built on reinforced concrete foundation strips.
Monolithic reinforced concrete floor, one-sheet roofing. Stream (brook B?lá) displacement and existing buried services displacement, access road with gate lodge and plant roads with weighbridge of 18 m length were included in the project, too.
