Technological Part

Production line with hydraulic presses SCHULER (1x 1000 t, 3x 500 t, 2x 800 t) with T run-out of the machines, operative tool storing by the press. Reserve for additional pressing techniques (Müller Weingarten 450t and 630t, 1x 1000t and 3x 600t). Equipment for workaday maintenance and tool repairs. Assembling and storage hall with possible adaptation for welding. Crane 1x 32 t, forklift truck handling system, make-ready for scrap conveying in canals. Relocation of high voltage cable road, transformers 2x 1000 kV, high and low voltage switch room, compressor room for pressure air, cooling system.

Civil Part

Prefabricated reinforced concrete hall with pile foundation system, with dimensions of 91,1 x 80,0 m, height 15 and 8 m. Three-bay hall with crane runway. Peripheral walls from Kingspan panels, PANBEX floor, roof from Kingspan panels. Operation building - 3-floor building from POROTHERM masonry, with dimensions of 25,0 x 10,4 m, height 11,05 m. Relocation of existing buried services, access and plant roads, gate lodge and parking place were included in the project, too.
